About
To improve the quality of education, it is imperative to enhance the capacity of college teachers in delivering content knowledge, pedagogy and student assessment through professional training initiatives. Therefore Colleges Higher and Technical Education Department Government of Balochistan initiated the process of college teachers training program in the province. Main purpose of the training is to build the capacity of teachers in curriculum development, classroom management, teaching techniques, lesson plan, leadership and management and assessment.
Government of Balochistan is focusing on the Capacity Building of their professionals particularly on the In-Service College Teachers as the need is most important due to the rapid advancement in the field of knowledge.
In order to pursue the training need Balochistan Academy for College Teachers “BACT” with the assistance of Higher and Technical Education Department Government of Balochistan arranged 14 Day Training Program for the newly appointed and in service Lecturers.
